In this relatively low price range probably one of the most reasonable beachfront Apartments especially with 2 bedrooms and sun-terrace: the Canteras-Beach Holiday Apartment “Remedios family” is centrally located on the Las Canteras beachfront in the "la Peña" section, directly below the "Varadero-Family" Apartment, but still a bit more spacious. Its very suitability for families with children or smaller groups make this apartment a deal in relation of the price to space, views and occupation-flexibility: This two bedroom apartment offers a spacious sun-terrace, SAT-TV, free WiFi Internet-access, and unhurried accomodation for up to 6 Persons.
Location and equipment of the apartment Varadero in Las Palmas
A spacious & bright 2-bedroom apartment at reasonable rental prices, maybe one of the best offers at Canteras beach in relation of price, usuable surface and situation at the bechfront. The Remedios family vacation home has a roomy salon with open-plan kitchen, connected with a more than 12 square meters measuring sun-terrace.
Entering the flats maindoor firstly you view at the left the door to the main bedroom with 2 twin beds, wardrobe and also a window with (lateral) views to the beach. Next door is to the bathroom with washbowl, bidet, wc and bathub-shower (bathroom will be partially renewed in may/june), followed by the entrance to the secon smaller bedroom with fullsize-bed, also with small window (lateral views to the beach).
Staying in the spacious living-room, you will find 2 sofas on the right, on the left firstly the open plan kitchen with freezer/fridge, washer, hotplates, than a wall cupboard with SAT-TV (ASTRA with hundreds of international channels).
The sun terrace (larger than 3 x 4 meters) is sheltered from the wind, offers outdoor furniture, like sun-lounger, table and chairs, so there is enough room, to decide between a dinner under the canarian sky or sun-bathing, accompanied by formidable ocean-views.
Las-Palmas-24 apartment review & conclusion: a good deal for couples, small groups and families, which are prefering the space and views at the beachfront at reasonable prices, but not setting too much value on high end, modern furniture, as the apartment is very clean, but the furniture is only fair, but not modern in some details. Bedlinen/towels and other articles for domestic use are in good condition provided through our managment.
