This vaction rental has recently been newly furnished and set up for short and long term holiday rentals. The new furniture in the salon and bedroom promise a pleasent & comfortable stay combined with the rooftop terrace and its impressive views from the delightful rooftop terrace this flat a no-brainer in relation to price/quality.
The building in "Juan Rejon" street offers an elevator up to the 7th floor, so to reach the final 8th top floor it is necessary to walk the few remaing steps.
Entering this flat through the kitchen, you will find on the left the spacious kitchen with hotplates, fridge-freezer and all necessary utilities for self-catering. On the right of the entrance door a dinner table and the floor to reach the other rooms. Also on the left the entrance to the bright bathroom with shower and washer in good conditions.
Leaving the kitchen through the floor, you will find firstly on the left the newly furnished bedroom with a full-size-double bed and windows with panoramic views.
