The newest Canteras beachfront Apartment building in town: The Canteras Vista Playa Apartments, constructed recently in 2009, are offering at beachfront ocean-view apartments Type "B" from 72,50 € up to 86 € per night, depending on the final duration of the stay. The Vista Canteras Playa Apartments offer 5 ocean-view apartments eaqch in a separate floor (1st upto 5th floor) with 1 separate bedroom, well tasty bathroom, modern salon with open plan kicthen, SAT-TV and free WiFi Internet. Also very well equipped the Family Apartments type "A" without ocean-view, but very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate kitchen and spacious salon on the backside of the building.
Especially the Vista Canteras beachfront holiday rentals type "B" are the whole season under very strong demand, offering one of the best eqipped and furnished Canteras beaches rentals in the northern Canteras sector. As there are only 5 apartments at beachfront, this building is mostly overbooked in the winter season October until April) and July/August. To prevent calender gaps, the propietary will not give a warranty on the floor level.

Important note: based on the average high demand on the ocean-view apartements, they are mostly fully booked, also the price climbed each year caused by the demand which is much higher than the 5 ocean-view apartments can satisfy. The NON ocean-view family apartments are easier to get and are also very well – offering really a lot of space and quality, except the ocean-views and balcony.
The holiday-apartments "Vista Canteras" are located at the calm and sunny north end of the famous Canteras-beach promenade near the "Puntilla" and are one of the few houses headed to south with its balconies. Apartments especially in this location are a bit calmer and sunnier than most other apartments at Canteras beach, which generally head to west.
- The very new, modern furniture of the Apartments Vista Canteras is friendly and tastefull. All holiday apartments have identical furniture, so that all apartments are absolute equivalent.
- The bright and stylish living-room disposes of a suitable Sofa and armchair, a new flatscreen-TV with SAT-Receiver, a practicall fold-away table useable also on the balcony, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with CERAN-hotplates, oven and refrigerator.
- The spacious balkony offers an unmateched view over the complete Canteras beach and the islands mountains-shiloutte. The extra-high railing and the lockable balkony-door are offering good security also for infants.

directly beyound and aside of the Apartment-building you will find the "paseo de Las Canteras", promenade with nice restaurants and views. Please note that some guests especially in lower floors had reported complains, because the there frequently performing street musicians or noise from restaurants can affect.
