Weather Las Palmas Forecast

10 day forecast Las Palmas temperatures and current weather conditions

The weather in Las Palmas in comparison to the grand canary weather is a widely discussed theme. Some opinions tend to say that the Las Palmas weather is inferior than in the Playa del ingles, Maspalomas or Puerto Rico in the south.

Certainly Las Palmas has some hours less of sunshine compared to is southern neighbours, but on the other hand there are never such inconvenient heatwaves like sometimes in the southern part. Taking a sun bath is only recmmended for a few hours (max.), even in Las Palmas the weather brings in average more sunshine and UV-Radiation than your peel will sustain. The truth is, that in Las Palmas city you can spend more time outside without running the risk of getting sunburned.
