Entering this apartment on the 4th upper floor, firtly you will find on the left side the entrance to the nice decorated bathroom with shower. Right after, you enter the central living room, from where you have access to the main bedroom with fullsize double bed and the 2nd bedroom with two twin beds ( is separated from the salon through a curtain). At least a niche with the well equipped kitchen and another niche for washer & dryer.
The living room features a spacious dining table, spacious sofa (sofa bed), 32" modern satellite-TV, DVD and finally the well protected and spacious sun terrace (14 sqm), with sun loungers, umbrella, garden tables and chairs to enjoy the sun & sky over Las Palmas dining or just relaxing.
