This vacation rental is located in the 2rd upper floor, the building has its entrance door headed to the pedestrial area of Nicolas Estevanez Street which is the direct axis between Canteras Beach and Santa Catalina Park with its central bus stations, cafes & bars and sightseeing oportunities.
The quiet, residencial Apartment-building offers easy access with 1 elevator, the portal offers also a wheelchair ramp to override the 3 steps at the entrance.
Entering the Atlantis Gran Family Apartment, you find at the right hand first the modern equipped & tasteful bathroom with wc and shower. Walking the floor head-on, you pass the entrance to the main bedroom with in suite bathroom on the right and the open plan kitchen at the left. The kitchen at the center of the flat is very well equipped with fridger-freezer, oven, microwave, hotplate and washer for full self catering even on longer terms.
Next room to the right is the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, including a glass covered balcony with lateral beach views. Finally we enter dining floor with its large dining table and the salon with its sofa, and panorama windows to the beachfront.
Sufficient bedlinen and towels are included, details like kettle, toaster and other accessories can always provided from our agencies storage.
